These classes are grounding and calming sequences of asanas and pranayama that have an intentional effect on the signaling of the nervous system. The practices come from the larger Hatha Yoga tradition, and not from any one lineage.

A former NYC special education teacher, cree received her undergraduate degree from cornell university and taught middle school SPECIAL ED for 5 years in harlem & washington heights until she transitioned into home management for uhnw families. exposure to all of these different worlds has sculpted her perspective that everyone in all walks of life deserves and needs the practice of yoga, whatever that means for them.

Cree's Vinyasa Flow classes feature a mix of strength and flexibility, combined with a signature style of soulful music and therapeutic vibes. She welcomes all levels and makes everyone feel at home in her classes. Throughout many phases of life, Cree has repeatedly credited yoga for giving her the strength and ability to rebound and start anew, and recent life events have once again led her back to the teaching mat with an invigorated desire to share her love of yoga with all of you.
